PUMPED UP' PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
I just started my second week of training six times a week 💪🌱.
And after an intense 90 minute boxing training, swimming 1500 meters, running a 5k, 90 minutes of Krav Maga or an intense training at the gym every friday night, I love to chill out and have a badass pumped up' protein smoothie.
Below you can find my favourite, always.
1 hand spinach leaves (optional)
250 ml (alpro) coconut milk
250 ml filtered water
1 scoop protein powder (love for orange fit)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla powder
extra needed: blender or food processor serves: 1 person
Mix the coconut milk and water with the protein powder in a blender or food processor.
Add the 2 bananas & spinach leaves and mix again.
Add all the other ingredients and mix one last time until you have a thick and smooth smoothie.
Pour in a glass or cup and relax and recover from your intense workout 🏆.
