RED, RED WIIIIITH CRANBERRY SMOOTHIE


Look, if you really thought I was quoting UB40’s classic this time, then you’ve probably got a bigger problem with alcoholic grape juice then you realise.


This is the smoothie & juices section remember..only healthy booze here. For now.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g (2/3 cup) blueberries

  • 100 g (2/3 cup) blackberries

  • 100 g (2/3 cup) strawberries

  • 100 g (2/3 cup) raspberries

  • 75 ml (1/3 cup) plant based yogurt

  • 90 ml (6 tbsp) cranberry juice

serves: 2 persons extra needed: blender


Directions:

Mix everything together into a high speed blender, serve immediately.
